Acrylic All-Weather Synthetic Outdoor Courts

Acrylic Synthetic All-Weather Cushion Surface is a well-known Sports Surface. It is cost-effective and quality sports flooring that can be applied both outdoors and indoors. It is designed for the installation of tennis and multi-use game areas. It is pigmented and textured making it the ideal surface for a wide range of sports surfaces. It incorporates multiple layers of high-quality site-applied liquid acrylic cushion which can be applied to varying thicknesses according to specification, budget, and player requirement.

Athletic Track

There are different types ofrunning tracks with different lane measurements. Each lane can have a completely different playing area for track and field athletics, with a different distance or radius from the center field of a stadium or a track field. The thickness of the Track varies from 13-15.5 mm, as per the requirement.

SPRAYCOAT SYSTEM

Comprised of a base layer of polyurethane-bound rubber granules and topped with a spray-applied coat of one or two- component polyurethane and EPDM granules.

SANDWICH SYSTEM

A basemat running track system made of high-grade recycled rubber and coated with a moisture-cured polyurethane binder. The basemat is crowned with layers of EPDM rubber and sealed using Single Cast Sealer (SCS), which creates an exceptionally strongbond and prevents delamination.

FULL PU SYSTE

A poured-in-place track surface that is impermeable and installed in a multi-layered application. The base layers consist of two- component polyurethane and recycled rubber.The top layer is a flow-applied layer of two- component polyurethane with EPDM granules.
